There is something amazing about the Holy Bible, which many people may not have considered. Gods’ word will abide, and be alive forever. The bible is the living bible.

1Pe 1:23  Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.

The bible will be applicable to each generation, for ever.

Luk 21:33  Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. 

Rev 21:1  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

There are seven churches of God described in the bible. Each church has different trials, different faults, different knowledge, and different rewards for overcoming. When Mr. Armstrong showed new knowledge to the Sardis church; they completely rejected it. The members of the Sardis church of God clung to the truths that they had learned in that era. The Sardis church was Gods church, and had different knowledge to what was given to the Philadelphian church. Herein lies a massive clue to a massive mystery. A great deal of the bible has different meanings for different eras.

Moses was given knowledge of God the Father that Abraham did not have.

Exo 6:3  And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

The Apostle Peter quoted Joel to apply to the time of the first era of Gods church. This was inspired by God, and was therefore truth for that time; but Joel has a greater fulfillment for the end time.

Act 2:16  But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 

During our time in the Philadelphian church; ‘beginning’ meant ‘forever’ and we believed that Christ co-existed with God the Father forever. This was truth for that era, but is now plainly incorrect.

1Jo 1:1  That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

We believed that Christ was not Gods son until he was born of Mary, look at the scriptures now.

Pro 30:4  Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if if thou canst tell? 

Heb 1:2  Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 

Gal 4:4  But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

Gods word has been Gods truth for each era of Gods church.

Eph 1:13  In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, 

The following scripture is now understood. As God reveals new truth for a new era; he looses in heaven the meaning that the scriptures had for the previous era: and he binds the new truth in heaven. 

Mat 16:19  And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Each era since the time of the apostles has had new truths: the final, [Laodicean] era will have the knowledge of the truth, all things will be revealed. This will be the knowledge that will eventually fill the whole world. This is the knowledge of eternal life.

1Ti 2:4  Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 

2Ti 3:7  Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 

Heb 10:26  For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Hab 2:14  For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

The knowledge of the truth is a great mystery, which is now freely available. The living bible has been up to date for each era of Gods church, and will be finally understood as God reveals the final and complete knowledge of the truth.
